The Circle Incubation Our incubation is an 18-month fully paid, intensive program for entrepreneurs with the courage and commitment to redesign and launch innovative learning experiences for India’s children. The Circle Labs A combination of capacity-building programs, light-touch workshops, media campaigns, school transformation programming, and top-down advocacy efforts.

. We also house the world’s largest proportion of impoverished citizens.

If the young people can achieve their potential, it’s a tremendous opportunity for India to leap ahead. If they don’t, it’s a massive setback.

For them to achieve their potential, all of India’s youth must have access to an excellent education.

But our educational system is failing a generation of young people. It’s not reaching everyone. And it’s not teaching the right skills.

Most educators, parents, and business leaders recognize that our current state of schools is highly flawed. Like most of us, though, they don’t know how to fix it. At The Circle, we don’t believe that we have all the solutions. But we do believe that we can find them.

Around the year, we are hosting platforms of workshops, experiments, labs, hackathons, and guest speakers. All of our experiences are open to anyone who wants to learn more about school reinvention and redesign. They’re open to anyone who wants to join the conversation and, well, get their feet wet.

Nestled in the idyllic environs of Kashmir, NIT Srinagar is one of the premier engineering institutions of India, serving proficiently in imparting academic excellence for over five decades. Ever since its inception in 1960, it has been proving its mettle in providing holistic & heuristic education. Here at NIT Srinagar, the Training & Placement Department has an unflinching devotion in sprucing up consummate professionalism in the students, besides honing their technical dexterity, thanks to the team of our dedicated professors. It strives for developing the students into adept and cognizant individuals, seeded to be the technical vanguards of the nation and the world at large, sailing through the turpitude of stark economic recession. The training & placement of NIT Srinagar has received accolades from all the visiting corporate firms for its commendable work and its heart winning hospitality. The ultimate aim of Training & Placement department is to provide quality engineers to the visiting firms and a responsible citizen to the nation.

Training and Placement Cell, NIT Durgapur, formerly called Career Development Center, NIT Durgapur, facilitates the internship and placement processes for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. It consists of a team which includes the Chairman, Convener & Faculty Coordinator, Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), Career Development Advisor and Training and Placement Representatives (TPRs) who are committed to continuously work for better and smooth functioning of the placements at NIT Durgapur. Normally the placements at NIT Durgapur commence in the beginning of the final year (seventh semester) i.e., in the month of July. Prior to this, an invitation is sent to all previous recruiters in the month of May. The industries which approach the institute can be broadly categorized as: Core Engineering industries Software / IT Industries Manufacturing Industries Consultancy Firms Management Organizations R&D laboratories Public Sector Undertakings Academic Institutes Along with the invitation, a form is provided seeking the company profile & information (CPI Form). After getting the willingness from the companies, the CPI Form is displayed in the notice Board.
